How do I access a parking facility?

Open the Paride app, find a nearby facility on the map, and drive in. The gate opens automatically via License Plate Recognition (LPR) or QR code scan. No reservation needed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AzərKart), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and QR code payments. Payment is processed automatically on exit.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

No. Paride operates on a pay-on-exit model. Simply drive in, park, and payment is handled automatically when you exit — no pre-booking required.

How does LPR access work?

When you arrive, the camera reads your license plate and the gate opens automatically. On exit, the system calculates your parking duration and processes payment.

What if the gate doesn't open?

Try the QR code option in the app. If the issue persists, contact our 24/7 support line immediately for assistance.

How is my payment information protected?

All payments are encrypted using AES-256 and comply with PCI DSS standards. Your card details are never stored in plain text.
