Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Paride mobile application ("Application") and services ("Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Application, you may need to create a user account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Use License
Paride grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) modify or create derivative works; (b) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer; (c) use the Application for any illegal purpose; (d) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits use by others.
4. Parking Services
The Paride Application facilitates parking arrangements between parking owners and drivers. Paride acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for:
- The condition of parking facilities
- Damage to vehicles while parked
- Disputes between users
- The accuracy of parking information provided by owners
5. Payment and Fees
All payments through the Application are processed securely. You agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your use of the Services
- Provide valid payment information
- Accept all applicable taxes and charges
- Notify us immediately of any billing errors
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
7. Termination
Paride reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application at any time, without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
Paride may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Application or email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
